Daycare Packages and Cancellation Policy

Daycare packages are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase.
For package refunds within 30 days, the number of days used will be deducted from the refund at our non-discounted regular daily daycare fee.
Daycare packages expire six (6) months from purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
Same day daycare cancellation or no-show will result in being charged for one (1) full day or will be deducted one (1) credit.
Any daycare cancellation request done after our business hours will be considered as being received the next day with fees applying according to this policy.
Daycare packages cannot be used as credit toward other services or transferable to another client.
As Covid-19 restrictions have lifted, there will be no waiver for that reason under this reservation/cancellation policy.
All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

PLEASE NOTE: Multiple dog rates are based on dogs from the same owner that get along and are staying in the same kennel.
