Daycare Packages and Cancellation Policy

• Daycare packages are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase.
• For package refunds within 30 days, the number of days used will be deducted from the refund at our non-discounted regular daily daycare fee.
• Daycare packages expire six (6) months from purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
• Same day daycare cancellation or no-show will result in being charged for one (1) full day or will be deducted one (1) credit.
• Any daycare cancellation request done after our business hours will be considered as being received the next day with fees applying according to this policy.
• Daycare packages cannot be used as credit toward other services or transferable to another client.
• As Covid-19 restrictions have lifted, there will be no waiver for that reason under this reservation/cancellation policy.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

PLEASE NOTE: Multiple dog rates are based on dogs from the same owner that get along and are staying in the same kennel.
